We love cashews so much so I figured I should make some chocolate covered ones this holiday -when else can I get away with that?? : ) So easy to make and so yummy.
Ingredients
1 bar of Ghirardelli bakers chocolate bar
1 can of cashews
Directions
Melt chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of hot simmering water. Stir occasional. Pour cashews into a medium sized bowl and pour the chocolate over them once it is melted. Put in refrigerator to cool so chocolate hardens.
